Roger Carlo Walls

Roger Walls, 76 of Kingsburg, CA died on Tuesday November 25,2025. Roger was born to Perry & Ada Walls on June 30th, 1949. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years Melody Walls. Children Carl Walls, Stephanie (Jonathan) Gomes, and Allan Walls. Treasured Grandchildren Crystal, Nathan, Kaleb, and Brianna. Siblings Rodney, Robert, and Renee, and many nieces & nephews and other family members, and one of his many beloved dogs Pepper. He is preceded in death by his parents Perry & Ada Walls and his brother Rob Walls. Roger served in the US Army in August 1969 and was honorably discharged in March 1971. 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry to South Korea patrolling the DMZ. Roger worked as a bricklayer mason for his entire career. He tried his best to attend every union meeting and was a leader at the local meetings. He enjoyed advocating for the apprenticeship program and loved passing the knowledge he had gained over his career to the new generation of masons. Roger lived an incredibly full life. He enjoyed being a cowboy riding & tending horses, gold dredging and panning in his younger years. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing in the Sierras, traveling anywhere, enjoying cookouts with his family & friends, and doing absolutely anything that included spending time with his grandkids & children. Roger was a loved member of his church the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. He loved worshiping, teaching in bible studies, fellow shipping as well as contributing his time and talent of brick & block laying on several of the church builds over the years Roger battled a long journey with cancer with tremendous positivity and the will to keep living. Never complaining and continuing all his adventuring in between treatments. Our Family was so blessed to have such a devoted provider & protector in a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle. He will be deeply missed & loved for eternity. Thank You to all the Family & Friends who have bestowed your prayers, support, and comfort upon us. It has been felt so deeply & appreciated. The Walls Family Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3843 Avenue 400, Kingsburg.
