March 7, 1934 - February 20, 2022

On Sunday, February 20, 2022, Irma Jean Bell went home to be with the Lord at her home in Cambria, California at the age of 87. She was lovingly surrounded by family. Jean is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, Steve Bell; Susan Mello (Monte) and family; Kathy Bonner and family; and Jacob Mastro and family. She is preceded in death by husband Calvin Bell, daughter Jennifer Mastro, parents Harold and Irma Olson, and brothers Duane and Dale Olson. Jean was born on March 7, 1934 in Bakersfield, California. She graduated from Delano High School in 1952 and went on to attend Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri where she graduated in 1954 with an Associate of Arts degree. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University and her Teaching Credential from Fresno State University. Jean is now reunited with the love of her life, Calvin, and we are certain that she is experiencing the joy and love in Heaven that she gave those whom she loved here on Earth.
