Tony Maldonado Sosa Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Our family is saddened to announce the passing of Tony Maldonado Sosa. Tony was born on June 25, 1951 in Fresno, California. Tony is survived by his daughters Shaunte Sanchez and Rebecca Guerra, and son Julian Sosa; His six grandchildren; his brothers: Robert, Sam, Armando, John, and Joe; his sisters: Frances, Dora, and Ruth. Tony was preceded in death by his step father Joe Hernandez, mother Dora Hernandez, his sister Mary Dy, and brother Manuel Hernandez. Tony was in Boy Scouts as a child and was very athletic. He enjoyed sports, participating in football and wrestling in high school. After graduation he worked as a forklift driver at Sunmaid for 10 Years, Anderson Clayton Company for 7 years, and finally various agricultural jobs throughout the rest of his life. Tony will be greatly missed. Tony was loved by his family and friends. He was a protector, looking out for his younger siblings. Services will be held on July 8th 2022. Mass at the Holy Family Catholic Church at 10:00am, interment at the Kingsburg Cemetery at 11:00am, followed by a celebration of life luncheon at the Holy Family Church Hall at 12:00pm.
