Stephanie Lauren Miller

Stephanie Lauren (Rodgers) Miller, 68, of Kingsburg, California, was called home in the early hours of Thursday, April 9. Stephanie was born on May 1, 1957, in Reedley, California, to Don L. Rodgers and Shirley J. (Oliver) Rodgers. She was the middle of their three children and was raised in Kingsburg, where she graduated from Kingsburg High School in 1975. Following high school, Stephanie attended Lyle's Beauty College in Fresno and went on to build a successful career doing what she loved. As the owner and operator of the Hair Dresser's Lair for 43 years, she turned her passion into a lifelong profession. Over the years, she built not only a thriving business but also a community of loyal clients-many of whom became lifelong friends. Stephanie is survived by her daughter Nicole Boyd and her husband T.J., and their son Wyatt; her son Aaron Miller and his wife Kaci, and their sons Braydon, Brennan, and Brody; and her daughter Lyndsey Meyer and her husband George, and their children Sayler, Grant, and Evelyn. She is also survived by her sister Michelle Murguia and her brother Rod Rodgers, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who loved her deeply. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Don R. Miller, with whom she shared a beautiful love story for 25 years, and by her parents, Don and Shirley Rodgers. Stephanie had a creative spirit and found joy in gardening, interior design, and painting-anything that allowed her to express her creativity and bring beauty to those around her. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 21, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Salser and Dillard Funeral Home in Kingsburg. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 22, at 10:00 a.m. at Kingsburg Cemetery, with a reception immediately following at Kingsburg Historical Park. Stephanie's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Elim Place in Sanger, California, for their compassionate care and support. Stephanie leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and unwavering kindness. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. Viewing will be held 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 at Salser & Dillard Creighton Chapel, 1588 Lincoln Street, Kingsburg. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at Kingsburg Cemetery, 12782 E. Clarkson Avenue, Kingsburg. Services have been entrusted to Salser & Dillard Creighton Chapel.
