Stephen Paul Beaton

Stephen Beaton, a cherished husband, devoted father, Navy veteran, and retired fire captain, passed unexpectedly on May 17, 2026, at the age of 59. Born on December 26, 1966, in Paragould, Arkansas and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Stephen lived a life rich in integrity, bravery, perseverance and love, leaving an enduring impact on everyone fortunate enough to have known him. Stephen was a man of unwavering dedication and service, both to his country and his community. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy, stationed at Naval Air Station Lemoore in 1986, where he embraced the discipline and honor that would guide him throughout his life. Following his military service, Stephen channeled his passion for helping others into a distinguished career as a firefighter in 1997. Rising through the ranks to become a fire captain, he dedicated countless hours to ensuring the safety and well-being of his community until he retired in 2021. Finally, in the last three years of his life, Stephen worked as an airframe mechanic at Naval Air Station Lemoore. Stephen loved the outdoors and was a true history buff who lived life with passion and curiosity. He loved hockey, deep-sea fishing, and the tradition of hunting. His deep appreciation for guns and history went beyond a hobby; he immersed himself in the stories of the past, always seeking to understand the present and finding lessons for the future. Family was the cornerstone of Stephen's life. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina, who stood by his side through life's trials and triumphs. Together, they nurtured a loving family, raising three daughters Tiffany, Krystal, and Cortney, and one son, Nicholas. Stephen's children were his pride and joy, and he relished watching them grow into the remarkable individuals they have become. Throughout his life, and especially in his final days, Stephen leaned heavily on his faith and trust in Jesus Christ, finding complete peace in the promise of eternal life. While he will be profoundly missed, we celebrate his homecoming and rejoice in the assurance that he has heard the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Salser & Dillard Creighton Chapel, 1588 Lincoln Street Kingsburg, Ca 93631.
