Owner Steve P. Dillard, started his career at 14 years old cleaning cars, emptying trash cans and cleaning up around People's Funeral Chapel in Hanford, CA; working his way through the ranks and learning best and worst practices from many of the top owners in the industry. Now he owns and operates the largest independently owned funeral home in the Central Valley. FAMILY CARE DIRECTOR
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Responsible for guiding families through not only the necessary legal paperwork following a death, but assisting in the coordination of funeral services to celebrate their loved one and meet the various familial visions and needs.
FAMILY CARE ASSISTANT
Responsible for supporting daily operations, interacting with client families, ensuring necessary information is properly recorded and personalization options are professionally executed.
FAMILY CARE ASSOCIATE
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Responsible for directing and facilitating the necessary elements of planned funeral/celebration services, including implementation of technology, coordination of participants and management of guests.
CLINICAL CARE TECHNICIAN/CREMATORY OPERATOR
Responsible for the daily operations of our high-volume state-of-the-art crematory, ensuring cremation services are handled in a detailed, dignified and expedient fashion.
CLINICAL CARE TECHNICIAN/EMBALMER
Licensed Embalmer, responsible for training of Care Apprentices in the use of expert techniques to ensure natural outcomes of the guests in our care.
CLINICAL CARE APPRENTICE
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinical care department, training to become a licensed embalming technician and ensuring natural outcomes of the guests of in our care.
CLINICAL CARE ASSISTANT
Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinical care department, assisting with transfers into care, dressings, casketing, cosmetology, etc., to ensure natural outcomes of the guests of in our care.
CLINICAL CARE RESPONDER
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Responsible for transferring guests into our care around the clock from their place of death in an honorable, respectful and timely fashion.
FAMILY SERVICE DIRECTOR
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Responsible for assisting client families in making their funeral/cremation arrangements in advance, therefore relieving their family of those difficult decisions, as well as any potential financial burden at the time of their passing.
