There are so many things that must be taken care of following the loss of a loved one it can often be rather overwhelming, that is why Creighton Memorial Chapel has a dedicated staff of Family Service Directors who meet with each family immediately after services have been concluded, to walk you through a list of practical matters, such as Social Security Benefits, Veterans Benefits, Pensions, securing Health Insurance, addressing issues to avoid potential Identity Theft and much, much more. Our team will assist with notifications, the scheduling of necessary appointments, filing of paperwork, as well as providing much needed information and resources.
